  4. Turn off your phone once in a while (all technology)
  5. MOVE your body!
  6. Engage with Family, Friends, Pets
  7. Laugh & Smile
  8. Rest and recover (massage, haircuts, facials, pedicures etc.)
  9. Practice good hygiene (chemical free)
  10. Be present, live for now & be kind to yourself
